PROCESS

During the harvest, the selection of mature grains is made, the process of prebenching is done by hand, such as pulping, fermenting, washing and drying in the natural sun on drying tables.

Natural sun dried, threshed and selected manually.

QUALITY CONTROL

The attributes that have coffee are: a floral fragrance, citrus flavor and species with hints of honey, flavors of nuts, chocolate, cocoa and caramel with a balanced body.
